When your phone is connected to PC through USB, does it appear under portable devices list as Nexus 6P in the Device Manager If so, you could try uninstalling the drivers, disconnecting your phone and reconnecting it back which should allow the PC to detect your phone and install drivers again. When I do that, Windows thinks for half a second and tells me that the best driver is already installed "MTP USB Device" (see link below). I'm able to get to the point where I browse to the driver folder and click install. I've tried following the instructions on the Android dev website. Howtos Debrick Nexus 6p stuck in EDL (9008) mode. Finally, plug the device into the USB port and then run a scan to ensure that all the drivers on your system are up to date. I'm trying to root my Nexus 6P, and according to the guide I need to install the Google USB driver. 0 download all odin3 & samsung usb drivers (all versions) check & download.
